To help man find her way during the dark hours of the night, Gaiaryx created the Moon. But using her light to navigate the seas to bring war to their brothers, the Moon watched in horror how mankind turned her light into evil. She cried out to Gaiaryx to release her of her duty, and Lunifera was born. “I will carry you until you believe in mankind once again.” she said, as she gently scooped the grief strucken Moon up to rest between her antlers.
Lunifera was made from real antlers, an old chandelabre and airdry clay. She has been given her vibrant colors from a mixture of alcoholic ink and mica powders, and her eyes are made from uv resin. With the Moon in her antlers she measures about 60 cm and she weighs about 11 kg. After being crafted and photographed by Charlotte Hansson Björling, Lunifera has been optimized for wall art by Muhammed Talha.
